The service centre is an independent vehicle service and repair specialist. We pride ourselves on providing impassable customer service.

Our service centre has been established for over 25 years. We are an active member of the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) which means you can be assured that your vehicle is in safe hands. At Motiva Direct we are also fully operational and conversant with 1link system.

Our service aims to repair rather than replace, to save you the customer money and time. We keep a plethora of service parts in stock to reduce servicing times, which means we can often offer a while-u-wait service.

MOTs

Since the Service Centre was founded over 25 years ago, we have been offering MOT’s. We are rated as a Green testing site by VOSA which means that we are duty bound to provide honest, fair and impartial tests for your Vehicles. We test Petrol and Diesel vehicles up to 3000kg. We can test larger vehicles by appointment.

Collect and Deliver
We can collect and deliver within a 15 mile radius of our service centre at Dividy Road, Stoke.

Drop Back Service
If your car is in for a service with us, our driver can take you to your destination in the Stoke on Trent area when you drop your vehicle off.

Courtesy Vehicles
We have a courtesy fleet of nine vehicles including 2 vans that are available when customers book in for a service or repair with MotivaDirect.

Book-in Times
We guarantee a book-in lead time maximum of 2 days which is comparatively better than main dealers, which is on average 7-10 days.

Manufactures Warranties
MotivaDirect can now service all of your vehicles from brand new! Our trained technicians follow the manufacturer’s schedule precisely, using only genuine or approved parts that won’t affect the manufacturer’s warranty. This will not only preserve your warranty but also save you money.
