Peter Davenport — Chief Executive
Peter formed Motiva Vehicle Contracts in 2001 and became Group Managing Director in 2006 having led a management buyout of the group’s parent company, MKC (Holdings).
Christopher Buxton — Group Finance Director
Chris joined Motiva in 2006 and is responsible for all of the group’s Financial Management along with robust forecasting of future performance.
Chris was previously employed as Finance Director with Waters Inc and for a lengthy period he held the position as Group Treasurer with P&O transport.
Keith Lees — Commercial Director
Keith joined Motiva Vehicle Contracts in 2001 as IT Manager having graduated from Staffordshire University with a 2:1 Degree in Computing & Information Systems. Keith heads-up the Groups Business support team and has developed the group’s internal IT systems and processes to ensure the group provides a seamless bespoke service to clients.
In April 2008, Keith was promoted to Commercial Director continuing to assume all responsibility for the technology requirements for the Motiva Group of companies.
Gary Williams — Divisional Director
Gary joined Motiva in 2006 and is responsible for all of the groups remarketing activity. Previously Gary ran his own successful vehicle retail operation. Gary now ensures Motiva is able to maximise its remarketing efforts by utilising multi channel routes to market. The effectiveness of the groups remarketing is crucial to the group’s ongoing success.
Richard Dawson — Divisional Director
Richard heads-up the groups Vehicle Lease and Fleet Management business. Having been with Motiva since 2001 Richard has been instrumental in the growth of the company and its success. Richard ensures that the group offers the most cost effective solutions to the group’s clients and prospects.
Richard’s career in sales started with a large office machine supplier where he was responsible for sales before moving onto his sales career in the Motor Industry.
Jeff Ball — Divisional Director
Jeff is the groups Commercial Vehicle expert, after qualifying as a vehicle technician and achieving AMIRTE status he has been involved in both the heavy goods vehicle and Van Sector for most of his working life.
Jeff’s experience has led the group to develop a number of commercial vehicle initiatives that have converted to tangible savings for the groups clients. Jeff joined Motiva in 2001 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company and its success.
Peter Wright — Sales Director
Peter has held senior sales positions in the company since joining in 2006. Pete was promoted to the board in 2008 and is currently the Sales Director of the Group Rental Division. Pete has been instrumental in developing the groups LiteLease product that offers a bridge between daily rental and Contract Hire.
Peter has been in the Motor Industry since leaving school and prior to joining the group held a senior position in the retail motor sector.
Ian Birch — Sales Director
Ian joined the group in 2003 and was appointed as Sales Director in 2008 being responsible for both business development and account management in our vehicle lease and management division.
Prior to joining Motiva, Ian held a senior sales role with a major European Bank owned lease provider. Ian started in the motor industry as an apprentice technician and has progressed impressively to his current role.
